Florida Zip Line Glide and Ride Eco Adventure
New for 2009—Gray Line Orlando/Gator Tours is offering a Zip Line Glide and Ride Eco Adventure, for travelers who want to experience Florida’s wild side. Have the time of your life as you zip through the tree tops exploring Florida's delicate ecosystem. Florida is home to eagles, osprey, and a number of wetland creatures—including the Sunshine State’s best known native-born resident, the American alligator.
This tour offers you a chance to ride the only zip line in Florida—in nearby St. Cloud—with a fantastic opportunity to explore the wildlife of this region. Sail at speeds of up to 20 miles an hour as you clear the treetops 55 feet off the ground on the lookout for bears, deer, and other native species. After the zip line portion of this adventure, your group will go back to land for a swamp buggy tour. From beginning to end, this is a wild time!
In order to participate in the Zip Line Glide and Ride Eco Adventure, zippers must be at least 10 years of age, and weight limits apply. Children under the age of 17 can participate with a parent or guardian, provided they meet the minimum weight requirement of 80 pounds, are able to take direction from the guide and can be respectful of the relaxed pace of the tour.
