The tour of the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex will still take place, without refund, should the launch be canceled on the day of the tour.
For the launch day there will be no standard access tickets allowed on Kennedy Space Center property and there will be no on-site ticket sales. The only way people will get to view the launch on KSC property is through pre-booked programs, to limit crowding. According to the NASA Web site, Discovery's STS-119 mission to the International Space Station is targeted for lift off 7:32 a.m. EST, Feb. 12, with a launch window that extends for several days afterwards.
