Please be advised that the service you provided to our family was excellent. The professional manner in which you handled each and every detail was unmatched.
When I made the arrangements with Frank, as a consideration on your part, he included the gratuities in the fee. However, as you may know, once we had the opportunity to travel with you and meet the drivers, we elected to offer gratuities to the drivers even though this pushed the actual charges higher than that of several other quotes that we have received.
When my family arrived at the airport, you were there waiting as was the case upon my arrival the next day. This was also the case when we departed Disney for the cruise.
The only time you were not early is when you picked us up from the cruise. The driver that was suppose to pick us up had an illness in the family, thus the driver that had picked us up from the airport was assigned to pick us up. While we understand that he was at the port at 7:45, as he was not the one that normally travels to the port, he had to stop off and have his license renewed. This caused him to arrive a little late instead of at 8:15 as is usually the case. He offer an apology as he stated to us that this was not the norm.
We would also like to commend you on the quality of your vehicles. They are first class. Also, it was very nice of you to have water available for each member of our family.
In closing, please know that you have a first class business from top to bottom and you need to be very proud of the service that you offer. Also, a gold star to each of your employees. They are the best of the best.
You have a very bright future ahead as you build this division of your company.
