Dwight Schar is the founder and former chairman of NVR, Inc., one of the largest homebuilders in the United States today. He is also a former member of the 123 Club, a group of prominent business leaders created to drive positive change in Fairfax County, Virginia. Since 2012, Mr. Schar has acquired and developed several real estate assets in the Orlando area.

To assist with those assets his son, Spencer Schar, was recently elected to the position of vice president of DCS Management Services, which operates the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa for DCS Investment Holdings, a private equity group headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. DCS Investment Holdings is a recognized leading developer of both commercial and residential real estate, having worked on a full spectrum of built assets, including master planned communities, residential towers, and millions of square feet in office and retail space.
