If you want to go out on the ideal outdoor escapade with family or friends, the 15th Annual Wekiva Paint Out is the right one for social distancing while enjoying the beautiful winter weather of Florida.
What to expect at the 15th annual Wekiva Paint Out?
Paint Out by Wekiva Island is back again in its 15th year from February 21-27. The event showcases world-class plein air artists in Florida and the United States for a week-long gathering to increase knowledge about the Wekiva River and to protect the environment. The proceeds from the event support the Wekiva Wilderness Trust and Keep Seminole Beautiful.
As the main event, guests can watch several artists work daily throughout the state park and explore Wekiva Island in canoes, on the boardwalk, and many more. Do not miss out on the gallery which showcases new works daily as artists complete them. You even have the option to buy an artwork that you love.
