The COVID-19 pandemic has affected almost all countries all over the globe. As a way to support the efforts of the first responders in the frontlines in the struggle against this current health crisis, F&D Woodfired Italian Kitchen and F&D Cantina started a new program – First Responder Fridays.
What you need to know about “First Responder Fridays”
With the constant effort of those who are on the frontlines in maintaining safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, the business community is looking for ways to support them in any way possible and one is by supplying meals. With the new program by F&D Woodfired Italian Kitchen and F&D Cantina, restaurants are raising money every week to be able to donate meals to a local fire station, healthcare groups or police station, making sure to match every donation received.
This latest program started last Friday with a meal donation from F&D Woodfired Italian Kitchen to Orlando Fire Department Station 11 and a meal donation from F&D Cantina to Seminole County Fire Department Station 34.
The new program “First Responder Fridays” aims to show those who are in the frontlines that they are given support in any way possible, even through meal donations. If you want to donate, just give us a call at 407-751-5697 or 407-915-7012. Remember that $10 can feed one first responder and it only takes $1 to make a difference.
