Rosen Hotels & Resorts continues to serve in times of need as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread.
Throughout 45 years, Rosen Hotels & Resorts has been serving Orlando and today is no exception. The eight Orlando-based hotels will continue to stay open to offer a home to friends and neighbors, both local and from all corners of the world who have been put out of place and in search of accommodation and coziness during this challenging time. The current rates are open to anyone including first responders, hospitality industry employees, students or those who are in need and displaced due to the travel restrictions and other challenges along the way.
The special rates range from $39 to $69 per night plus the applicable taxes. You can book now up to May 10 for stays until December 20, 2020.

Staying safe during the COVID-19 pandemic
With the ongoing challenge with COVID-19, Rosen Hotels & Resorts issued a COVID-19 update that involved a few daily changes in maintaining the cleanliness of its properties. There are enhanced processes that involve disinfecting of all areas with high traffic with rapid-acting hydrogen peroxide-based agents that have been recommended by the CDC.
There are modified cleaning schedules to ensure contact points and commonly handled objects are frequently disinfected throughout the day. In the common areas, the CDC’s guidelines on handwashing, covering coughs and sneezes are displayed as well as increasing the amount of available hand sanitizer dispensers.

Reservation changes
Due to the travel changes, especially those affected by travel restrictions, Rosen Hotels & Resorts will work with you to adjust your hotel reservations.
- For current reservations, cancellation fees are waived for individual travelers up to April 30, 2020.
- New individual reservations that were booked from March 12 up to September 7, 2020, can be canceled without any fees up to 24 hours before the arrival date.
- Reservations can be modified without extra fees based on availability at your preferred hotel.
- If you made reservations via an online travel agent or another third party, get in touch with your booking provider for details on their policies.
